Instructions for using the self-service search system for items left on passenger planes

1. If you have left any items on the plane, you can call China Eastern Airlines Customer Service (New Zealand), +64 (9) 303 1066(New Zealand) or 03-8635 1000(Melbourne) or log in to the self-service search system for items left on the passenger plane (at present, the system supports the search of arrival flights to Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Nanjing Lukou International Airport, Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport, Ningbo Lishe International Airport, Nanchang Changbei International Airport, Taiyuan Wu Su International Airport, Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport, Kunming Changshui International Airport and Qingdao Liuting International Airport).

2. Please select the corresponding airport name, enter your flight number and flight date to start to search.

3. Only category of the item can be displayed. Please contact the baggage inquiry department for the details of the item.

4. When claiming the lost items, please bring your ID or passport as well as your original boarding pass with you.

5. If you need someone else to pick up the items for you, additional documents such as a letter of attorney as well as valid identification of aothrized person are required.
