I. China Eastern Airlines ("CE") and Huawei ("HW") agree to undertake a limited marketing promotion.  

II. CE and HW will discuss the preferential rate or rates that CE intends to make available as part of the above promotion.

III. HW acknowledges that HW users will need to comply with all CE and legal requirements and if the HW user is unable to comply with any of the requirements, the HW user may be unable to access the preferential rate (for example, if a HW user is unable to satisfy security or visa requirements).  CE reserves the right to reject or disqualify any HW user if CE is of the view that such HW user does not satisfy or meet CE or legal requirements.

IV. Either CE or HW may terminate the joint promotion at any time by written notice to the other party.

V. In addition, CE or HW, after consultation with each other, reserve the right to suspend, or modify the Promotion or any part of the promotion for whatever reason (including  fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond both parties reasonable control adversely affects either party's ability to conduct the promotion or part of the promotion as contemplated in these terms and conditions)Any cancellation or modification to the promotion will be notified on the website: oa.ceair.com/news or consumer.huawei.com/nz

VI. If the Consumer Guarantees Act applies to the above joint promotion, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit the application of the Consumer Guarantees Act.  If the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply to the above joint promotion or any part of it, then to the fullest extent permitted by law, all statutory or implied warranties or guarantees, are hereby negated or excluded.
